Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles
- Previous experience in kitchen and restaurant operations
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Strong ability to work in a team
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment, meeting quality standards
- Wash dishes and all kitchen utensils
- Perform and inspect the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment
- Comply with and ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards
