Requirements:
- High school diploma (12th grade)
- Technical training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Culinary Arts
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute tasks efficiently
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Schedule flexibility and availability to work on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Carry out table mise‑en‑place and ensure full service, from transporting trays to clearing dishes and cleaning tables
- Ensure the organization, maintenance, and cleaning of all materials, equipment, and utensils required for the dining room service
- Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen, advising and answering questions based on thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s menu
- Assist customers and refer any situations of dissatisfaction to the Restaurant Supervisor, ensuring a prompt and effective response
- Handle the payment process, issuing invoices/receipts in coordination with the Restaurant Supervisor
