- High school diploma (12th grade)
- Technical training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Culinary Arts
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute tasks efficiently

- Schedule flexibility and availability to work on weekends
